Our renovated apartment units offer stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
What leasing options are available?
We offer 6, 9 and 12 month leases.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Yes it is refundable. 1 bedrooms = $150, 2 bedrooms = $250, 3 bedrooms = $350
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
At this time, we do not accept section 8 vouchers at Rise at Town East
Are utilities included?
At this time, utilities are not included.
Is renter's insurance required?
No
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
Our fitness club is open 24-hours.
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
Open seasonally, Tues-Sun 10AM-10PM, closed Monday’s for cleaning.
What are the hours for the business center?
8:30am-5:30pm Monday – Friday, Saturday (currently closed on Saturdays) Sunday Closed
What are the hours of the laundry facility?
Our laundry facility is open 24-hours
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Yes, charged $50/ month added to the rent. Serviced by Spectrum
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Mail center or resident’s front door.
Are BBQ grills available?
No, currently under renovation.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
At this time, we do not offer valet trash service.
Are concierge services available?
At this time, concierge services are not available at Rise at Town East.
What is the smoking policy?
We are a smoke-free community.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
Pet stations are available throughout the property.

Open parking with garages available for rent.

Yes, all apartments have air conditioning.

Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.
Do kitchen sinks have a garbage disposal?
Classic units, yes. Remodel units, no.
Do apartments have dishwashers?
Yes, our units have dishwashers in them.
Does the apartment come with a microwave?
Yes, our units come with a microwave in them.
Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartment? What kind?
No, we have a 24/7 laundry facility on site.
